Leases range from 6-18 month options. Please contact the leasing office for more information.

Rents are due by the 1st of each month. You can pay this through your resident portal with a debit/credit card or e-check. You can also bring in or mail a check or money order to the leasing office.

You may terminate your lease by providing a 90-day notice to vacate and paying all applicable fees. Please note that subleasing is not permitted, so when applying, be sure to select the lease term that best fits your needs. Contact the office for more information.

A guarantor is a co-signer for your lease agreement and allows us to qualify you for your lease based on their income. A resident can act as their own guarantor if they can show documentation as outlined in the lease agreement that they have income greater than three times the rental installment.

We need your Social Security number to run a standard criminal background check.

Renter’s insurance is required for all residents at the property. Residents are able to enroll in the Sentosa Trust Liability Insurance Program which covers fire, smoke, falling objects and water damage for $17.99 per month. While residents may obtain their own insurance as well, they will be automatically enrolled in the program if they fail to provide their own.

Our on-site maintenance team will be available to address any maintenance concerns you may have. You can submit a maintenance request through your resident portal or call our on-site leasing office.
